Drain valves can be installed between the water pipe or at its end for draining. This allows complete draining of the hose lines, which largely prevents the risk of freezing and bursting of the water hose in case of frost, for example. The ABO valves are automatic, currentless drain valves with pressure monitoring. The FrostControl has additional temperature monitoring against frost damage.
