Click System
The patented locking device of the handles allows safest handling during cooking. It shall be folded in such a way that, for storage or washing in the dishwasher, it closes with the lid and does not take up more space than a plate.
Heat conductivity
Aluminium is an excellent heat conductor. 3x higher conductivity than cast iron, 5x higher conductivity than iron, 9x higher conductivity than stainless steel. A non-stick aluminium cookware is therefore very energy saving.
